He Truly Cared About Finding the Right House for Me!

I am a first time homebuyer and a single mom. Matt helped me understand the process so easily and clearly.  We started process about 2 years ago. We had a conversation that if the right house comes up we will pursue it. However, with a house being a large investment I was nervous since there are so many options out there.  Matt was very patient, and understanding of my wants and needs for a house.  Fast forward to now and many questions later. Matt found an amazing house for my little family in the school district that was my top choice and a house that was under budget!  The entire process starting with the first house showing to signing the papers was a complete smooth process. I can tell he truly cared about finding the right house for me.
