All through the processes of trying to decide if I was going to sell, not sell, if my daughter was going to buy, etc., Matt was super patient and kept in contact. Every time we met with him he was dressed professionally, was super relatable, very prepared, and had done his homework on the property we were going to see. I am a last minute planner always “jumping before I check my parachute” kind of a person and it is great to have a Realtor like Matt that can provide the logic I need when looking at homes, along with having the ability to remember what it is I am looking for (my priority being my dog and where will my baby grand piano fit) when I forgot.
The home I am closing on today is a great fit for me at this time. I had absolutely no frustrations at all with Matt although I am 100% certain he had to be screaming in his head sometimes when working with me-if so he never showed it! He was available every time I just “had to see a house ASAP”. I have worked with numerous agents having bought and sold a number of places and a business in the last 20 years and by far he has been the easiest to work with. He is always on top of everything. Now my daughter has been approved for a loan and there is no one else she would even consider working with.
Matt had gone above what I expected and both my daughter and I will continue to refer him to others that may be interested in buying or selling.
